The latest and controlled version of the Terms is published in the respective country section in the \u201cContact Us\u201d tab above and is available at PRIME LOGISTICS &amp; PROJECTS office, or upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should no terms and conditions be published in the respective country section, then the FIATA Model Rules for Freight Forwarding Services as set out below and as adopted by the respective PRIME LOGISTICS &amp; PROJECTS country organization shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whenever sourcing services from PRIME LOGISTICS &amp; PROJECTS, you agree that the version of the Terms in effect at that time will apply to any such services, unless otherwise agreed.
